The NCC 2016 was recently updated with a primary reference to Standards Australia Technical Specification SA TS 101:2015 Design of post-installed and cast-in fastenings for use in concrete. This presentation will highlight what you need to know to design in accordance with SA TS 101:2015. The objective of this Australian Technical Specification is to provide minimum design requirements for fastenings used to transmit loads to concrete for safety-critical applications.
It will also give you an introduction to PROFIS Anchor software, the only design software that meets all the requirements of SA TS 101:2015.
