When installing post-installed rebar, can the HIT-HY 200 be a substitute for the HIT-RE 500 V3?

Good afternoon community members,
Both the HY200-R and RE 500 V3 do have ETAs for use in post-installed reinforcements and can be designed and used. However, there are a few conditions which would determine which of the two products can be used for the application. The two important ones would be the working time difference in the products and the approved method of drilling the hole.
