I have a 450 mm beam where the water pipe is going through, however the Hilti cast in collar is only around 200 mm in height, how does the contractor on site install this?

Please be aware that the provided info is a guide only.
The cast in fire collar could be extended by using steel tube or PVC tube with one size up, the extension tube can sit on the side rib of the fire collar and the gap between the extension tube and cast in fire collar CP 680 must be formed with either firestop form or building form.
Please be aware that the fire collar must sit on the formwork and the steel ring as shown below must be exposed to reach the relevant fire rating specified in the product RIR approval.
